Job summary

Bland AI is hiring an Events Marketing leader to own the strategy and execution of our enterprise events across conferences, dinners, and activations. You will shape concepts, curate guest lists, manage speakers, vendors, budgets, and logistics, and travel nationwide to represent Bland at major industry moments.

You’ll partner with Sales and ABM to turn events into measurable pipeline, build owned events for CIOs and CTOs, and create experiences that make Bland unforgettable for enterprise

Responsibilities

• Create original concepts for events, dinners, experiences, and activations that enterprise leaders want to attend.
• Own conference strategy: select events, shape presence, booth concepts, and post-event follow-up.
• Build owned events for CIOs/CTOs and other senior executives.
• Be the face of Bland at conferences, dinners, and customer experiences nationwide.
• Collaborate with Sales and ABM to target accounts and turn events into pipeline.
• Obsess over every detail: venue, food, guest list, entertainment, invites, gifts, conversations, and follow-up.
• Travel frequently across the U.S. to conferences and events.
• Manage vendors, budgets, venues, schedules, guest lists, and logistics.
