Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC seeks a Corporate Manager of Ergonomics to lead the enterprise ergonomics program across poultry processing, prepared foods, hatchery, and distribution. You will develop strategies, assess risks, and partner with operations, engineering, and safety to reduce MSDs and improve worker well-being.

You will champion data-driven design, training, and audits, advancing engineering controls and practical administrative solutions while navigating a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in ergonomics or related fields.
• Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing preferred.
• Proven track record implementing ergonomics or MSD-reduction programs across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise ergonomics strategy, standards, and guidance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce ergonomic risks across facilities.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments using EJMS and other tools; implement controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR on solutions.
• Lead training, capability building, and audits with dashboards and metrics.
• Travel 50–70% to company facilities as needed.
