Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Corporate Manager of Ergonomics to lead the company’s enterprise ergonomics strategy across poultry processing, prepared foods, hatchery, feed mill, distribution, and support operations. You will develop and implement programs to identify, assess, and reduce MSD risks while improving employee well-being and operational excellence.

This role partners with Operations, Occupational Health, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Safety leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ergonomics, occupational health, industrial engineering, safety, or related field.
• Experience implementing MSD-reduction programs across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of ergonomics principles, human factors, biomechanics, and work design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise ergonomics strategy across poultry processing, foods, hatchery, feed mill, and distribution.
• Partner with Operations, Health, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Safety leaders to deliver ergonomic solutions.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and prioritize corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track MSD trends and control effectiveness.
