Masco is transforming its Employee Relations function and establishing an enterprise ER Center of Excellence to ensure consistent handling of employee matters across the organization. The Program Director, Employee Relations will partner with HR and business leaders, advising on complex issues while shaping future ER capability.

You will lead high-risk investigations and build practical processes, tools, and training to empower HR teams and leaders.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including ER leadership in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience building an ER function, CoE, or enterprise service model with measurable results.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and advising leaders on difficult decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build the enterprise ER model with clear responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Lead complex investigations and high-risk employee matters from intake to resolution.
• Create processes for raising, assessing, escalating, and resolving employee issues.
• Develop tools, training, and playbooks to empower leaders and HR teams.
• Turn insights into action using workforce data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner across the enterprise to implement new processes and tools.
