Job summary

Masco is seeking a Program Director, Employee Relations to build and lead the enterprise ER Center of Excellence. Based at Masco's Livonia, MI headquarters or at other U.S. locations, you will shape ER strategy, advise executives, and drive consistent outcomes across the enterprise.

You’ll personally handle high‑risk investigations, develop tools and playbooks, and coach HR leaders to improve capability and confidence in employee matters. Expect travel across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with ER leadership.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on difficult decisions.
• Partner with Legal on sensitive investigations and risks.
• Lead change across multiple locations with practical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build the enterprise ER model with clear responsibilities and standards.
• Personally lead complex investigations and high‑risk matters.
• Make ER processes easier to navigate with tools and playbooks.
• Equip leaders and HR teams to handle difficult conversations.
