The role partners with Practices, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and pilots to enable scalable governance, standardized processes, and transparent billing. It emphasizes cross-functional coordination and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years in program management or operations.
• Practical knowledge of commercial drone operations and FAA rules.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Experience implementing standardized processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise drone program visibility into assets, pilots, and flight activity.
• Develop SOPs, training, records, and controls for consistent operations.
• Track performance and report utilization, compliance, billing, and progress.
• Lead vendor relationships and platform implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance and practices to ensure drone billing and invoicing.
