Job summary

Delek US Holdings seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Operational Intelligence, to lead the day-to-day execution, site coordination, and operating discipline of Delek’s CEREB-ROOM capability. This centralized center fuses operational data, drones, and analytics to provide a real-time enterprise view.

The role guides a team delivering timely, actionable insights to safety, ground execution, and performance across Delek’s footprint, partnering with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, HSE, IT/OT,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 2+ years leadership/managerial experience; 6+ years in the industry preferred.
FAA Part 107 pilot certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and own enterprise-wide situational awareness and multi-year roadmap aligned with safety, cost, and operations priorities.
Build and lead a high-performing team for enterprise operational intelligence and visual inspection capabilities.
Manage the CEREB-ROOM investment portfolio, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Establish governance standards, SOPs, and best practices for drone operations across locations.
Own the program budget, fleet procurement, and technology investments.
Partner with Operations, EHS, IT, and Data Analytics to integrate multi-source data into workflows.
Evaluate and scale emerging technologies for improved safety and decision-making.
Travel up to 10–15% to refinery and field sites to build stakeholder partnerships.
