Position Summary:
The Enterprise Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process for the enterprise, ensuring the maximization of revenue, reduction of operational inefficiencies, and compliance with regulations. The Director will collaborate with practice leadership to coordinate all aspects of revenue cycle operations throughout the organization, including billing, coding, claims management, insurance follow-up, patient accounts, and customer service. This role will involve strategic planning, process optimization, and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless financial operations across our multiple practices.
