Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise digital products.
• Experience leading product strategy from idea through launch and adoption.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled or agentic experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, intake, prioritization, and roadmap from idea to launch and adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and scope for delivery teams.
• Define outcomes and KPIs to demonstrate business or transformation impact.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architectures meet standards and goals.
• Plan workshops to turn challenges into actionable product directions.
• Partner with Experience Design and Insight/Research to drive customer-led thinking.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
