Job summary

GFT seeks a Senior Director, Digital Delivery to lead the next evolution of digital project delivery across our enterprise. Reporting to the CTO, this role will transform digital strategy into scalable capabilities, standards, and operating practices that create measurable client and business value.

The leader will partner across GFT to define common data environments, platform solutions, and AI-enabled practices, ensuring innovation translates into improved delivery and performance.

• Extensive experience leading enterprise digital delivery transformations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Digital Delivery Hub with strategy, priorities, resources, services and performance.
• Translate client and business needs into scalable digital capabilities and platforms.
• Own the enterprise digital capability roadmap, balancing priorities, value and risk.
• Partner with leaders to accelerate adoption of standards, tools and governance.
