Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Executive T&O Engineering DT - Enterprise Design Leader to own and operate organization-wide technology platforms, reporting to the Engineering CIO. You will lead engineering processes, digital products, and tools across the enterprise and ensure stable operations for global teams.

The role requires strong leadership across engineering and business domains, with focus on process integration, AI adoption, and driving strategic capabilities to enhance GE Aerospace

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in IT functional and leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a People Leader.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader leading multiple technology programs in T&O Engineering DT organization for Engineering and Business teams
• Be responsible for business processes and digital tools in the domains listed: Product Definition, Design & Change, Configuration Management, Bill of Materials, Manufacturing & Assembly, Services Engineering, Repair Authoring & Industrialization, Product Cost, Safety, Certification, and Regulatory Compliance
• Develop differentiated value propositions for business stakeholders in multiple technology domains
• Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations to simplify GE Aerospace business operations and adopt new technologies like AI
• Ensure stable and secure operations across the T&O Engineering technology landscape
• Recruit and develop world-class global technical talent in T&O Engineering DT organization
• Establish and facilitate processes for decision making, process flows and handoffs
• Heavy cross-functional influencing around a single vision and multiple levels within the organization
• Act as practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK to accelerate deployment of capabilities and drive standard work
