Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional experience OR Associate with 9+ years OR High School Diploma with 11+ years of professional experience.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across digital operations including infrastructure, end user support, and network.
• Design, develop, implement and support technology with geographically distributed systems.
• Maintain security best practices and manage IT assets across the lifecycle.
• Manage change management processes and SLAs; develop SOPs for operational processes.
• Participate in budgeting and IT infrastructure projects and investments.
