Cognosos is seeking an enterprise-level Project Manager to own deployments of RTLS and supply chain visibility networks for global OEMs. You will manage the handoff from Sales to Customer Success, set expectations, and align engineering and operations tasks with customer timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct experience as a technical or enterprise Project Manager, ideally tracking hardware-enabled SaaS, IoT systems, or complex supply chain solutions.
• Hyper-organized and meticulous with a strategic mindset.
• Clear, professional follow-up to unblock bottlenecks with clients or internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage enterprise-level hardware and software deployments with clinical precision.
• Standardize and execute the sales-to-CS handoff blueprint, verify scope and readiness before deployments.
• Own front-line deployment communications, set expectations, and navigate site constraints.
• Create deployment playbooks and templates to optimize time-to-value.
• Provide leadership visibility into timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to keep projects on schedule.
