Job summary

Blink - The Employee App in Boston is seeking an experienced Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead large-scale software implementations for US-based enterprise accounts. You will own delivery from planning through hypercare, building executive relationships and aligning projects with strategic business goals.

This senior role requires strong program management, change management and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering software implementation projects for large enterprise customers (B2B).
• Strong project management skills: meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, clear communication.
• Experience driving organizational change in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Blink implementation for large-scale enterprise accounts across all delivery phases.
• Build and own relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Support with foundations for new professional services offerings and contribute to process improvements.
• Deliver demos, workshops, trainings, and other content to support implementations.
