Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years leading enterprise strategy and data initiatives.
• Experience advising executives and leading cross‑functional programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the Enterprise Data Strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Lead enterprise data portfolio planning and investment prioritization.
• Drive cross‑functional data programs from strategy through execution.
• Ensure data initiatives align with organizational strategy and drive measurable value.
• Collaborate with executives and governance councils to report progress and ROI.
