Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across the enterprise analytics community. This fully remote role coordinates governance initiatives, guides analytic models and dashboards, and drives cross-functional analytics projects to align with top-line goals.

Candidates should have strong statistical analysis background and experience guiding stakeholders, with a focus on data quality, governance, and value-based care in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics with enterprise analytics governance initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional analytics projects and coordinates enterprise data governance functions.
• Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting; ensures cross-functional alignment.
• Engages stakeholders, presents recommendations, and communicates analytics strategy across the organization.
