Job summary

Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations is seeking a Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture across the organization. You will design secure EDW capabilities, drive MDM programs, and enable analytics through scalable pipelines and Power BI reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business units to align data with regulatory requirements and operational goals, while fostering a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years in data architecture and governance.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data strategies and governance programs.
• Strong knowledge of MDM, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
• Experience designing secure, scalable data warehouses and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-wide strategy for Master Data Management and Data Architecture.
• Design and implement scalable, secure data architectures supporting analytics.
• Lead data governance, metadata management, and stewardship across domains.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for self-service analytics.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and data security.
