Job summary

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) seeks a senior Enterprise Data Strategy Leader to define and advance the organization’s data roadmap. You will connect business priorities with analytics, AI, and data capabilities, partnering with executives to drive measurable value.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, develop implementation frameworks, and ensure funding, sequencing, and governance align with enterprise strategy across the U.S. remote model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 10–12+ years leading enterprise strategy or data programs.
• Experience advising executives and facilitating strategic planning across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps, investment plans, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the Enterprise Data Strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead portfolio planning, investment sequencing, and KPI-driven value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Drive data products, analytics maturity, and responsible AI enablement.
• Communicate progress and risks to executives and governance councils.
• Advance enterprise capabilities for information management and cloud data readiness.
