Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data integration, data architecture, data modeling, data engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale data platforms, data products, or analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with governance, metadata, and AI-enabled data solutions in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce enterprise data architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance to embed governance in solutions.
• Lead data solution design sessions across underwriting, enrollment, billing, claims, and analytics.
• Mentor architects and engineers to raise architectural maturity across teams.
