• 15+ years in data integration, architecture, or enterprise technology.
• Experience defining standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
• Proven ability to govern enterprise-scale data platforms and products.
• Strong experience with data platforms and AI-enabled solutions in insurance.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architectures and reusable design patterns.
• Lead enterprise-level design decisions across multiple value streams.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Platform teams on governance and risk.
• Drive data product mindset and adoption of data platforms across the org.
• Mentor architects and engineers to elevate architectural maturity.
