Job summary

3M is seeking a Product Manager, Data-Enterprise in Maplewood, MN, to lead a globally scalable portfolio of enterprise data products. You will bridge business needs with data engineering and AI enablement, shaping governance, contracts, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-domain collaboration, strategic roadmaps, and FinOps-driven value delivery, with a focus on Finance, HR, IT, and Legal data products in a regulated context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data product management initiatives across Finance, HR, IT and Legal operations.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and governance for enterprise data products.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, FinOps concepts and data contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for Enterprise domain data products (Finance, HR, IT, Legal).
• Establish standards for data product management, data contracts, and value metrics.
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML-ready data products and self-service analytics.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to ensure scalable, interoperable data products.
• Translate priorities into domain roadmaps with cross-domain dependencies and shared data assets.
• Oversee enterprise data product portfolio lifecycle and investment planning.
• Define KPIs: adoption, cost-to-serve, cycle time, ROI, and contract compliance.
