Job summary

Aon Affinity is seeking an Enterprise Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products that enable growth, operational excellence, customer experiences, analytics, automation, and AI-powered decision-making.

You will serve as the key link between business stakeholders, Product Domains, Data Analysts, Product Analysts, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data is managed as a strategic business capability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy.
• Experience translating business problems into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data ecosystems, APIs, semantic models, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage enterprise data product roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Growth, Payments, Servicing, Claims and other domains to identify data opportunities.
• Translate needs into scalable data products: datasets, data services, APIs, and AI-ready assets.
• Coach analysts and analysts and connect discovery, analytics, and engineering delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security to deliver governed data solutions.
• Drive data quality, lineage, privacy, and stewardship practices.
• Enable analytics, BI, ML, AI, and automation through strong data foundations.
• Measure adoption and ROI, iterating on products and capabilities.
