Job summary

3M is seeking a Manager, Data Product Engineering for Enterprise Finance to lead a high-performing data engineering team. The role focuses on delivering a robust data integration layer moving data from 19+ ERP sources through an AWS Lakehouse into Finance applications, Tax, and Treasury systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field verified prior to start.
Five (5) years of experience in data engineering or data product delivery with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

Building, leading, and developing a data engineering team with clear goals and accountability.
Owning the delivery plan for the OneStream Lakehouse integration across 19+ ERP source systems.
Partnering with Finance Transformation, the Finance CPO, and Tax/Treasury leadership to align requirements and priorities.
Delivering data products across the Finance portfolio including consolidation, Tax data modernization, and Treasury analytics.
Ensuring SOX-compliant, audit-ready data products and managing risk across the portfolio.
