Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master/MS or MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum 10+ years in pharma/healthcare/tech/data/analytics or consulting with data products focus.
Minimum 5+ years in reference data, master data, metadata management, data governance, and AI-ready data foundations.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for Reference Data, Master Data, Metadata, Standards.
Embed business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, standards, metadata, and lineage into product design.
Collaborate with DEO to translate strategy into executable plans and scalable enterprise products.
Coordinate with business, analytics, technology, governance and operations to prioritize high-value capabilities.
Drive product adoption, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement based on feedback.
Establish product standards, governance routines, intake processes, service expectations, and value measures.
