Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking a Director to lead product strategy and governance for enterprise data products across patient journey, SP/ASOC, hub, and access domains. You will partner with the Data Enablement Organization to translate strategy into executable plans while ensuring scalable, reusable data solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in data products and governance, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/healthcare/tech/data analytics; focus on data products and governance.
• Strong ability to define vision, roadmap, adoption plans, and governance in a matrixed environment.
• Clear understanding of semantic data products, metadata, lineage, and AI-ready consumption patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for Patient Journey, SP/ASOC, Hub, Access.
• Embed business meaning, metadata, and reusable measures into product design.
• Collaborate with DEO and cross-functional teams to set priorities and remove barriers.
• Drive adoption, governance, and value measurement for enterprise-scale data products.
