Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in data products, data strategy, analytics, technology, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise data product portfolios and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of governance, funding models, operating models, adoption, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and adoption strategy for the data product portfolio.
• Oversee multiple data product and offering teams with alignment across priorities and delivery.
• Establish product management standards, governance, and funding priorities across domains.
• Partner with business, analytics, technology, DEO, and vendors to drive reuse and value.
• Own portfolio performance, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and business value realization.
• Evaluate capabilities with DEO and external vendors to inform build-versus-buy decisions.
• Define portfolio-level success measures and investment tradeoffs for high-value opportunities.
• Represent portfolio to senior stakeholders and accelerate impact through clear decisions.
