KellyMitchell Group is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer IV to lead complex enterprise data platform initiatives and coordinate cross-functional technical teams in a largely remote setup from Oakland, CA. The role emphasizes delivering Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, and Ataccama projects while managing budgets, schedules, and governance across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex technology or data-driven projects, including 5+ years leading enterprise data platform implementations.
• Experience delivering projects involving Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, and Ataccama.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT development, data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, pipeline orchestration, and data modeling.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality management.
• Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex technology and enterprise data platform projects.
• Coordinate implementations involving Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Ataccama, and data engineering solutions.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams using Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery of data integration, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse or lakehouse solutions.
• Support data governance, master data management, data quality, and metadata initiatives.
• Maintain project governance and communicate progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
