Job summary

Flexential Corp. seeks a Director of Enterprise Data to define and execute the company’s data strategy and governance. You will lead the data organization, align architectures with business value, and drive data products, self-service analytics, and AI readiness.

Responsibilities include setting operating models, governing data pipelines, and partnering with AI and security teams to ensure trusted, discoverable, and reusable data assets across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise data architecture, data engineering, integration, governance, analytics, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading managers, engineers, architects, analysts, or governance professionals.
• Proven ability to define and execute enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and governance programs in a complex environment.
• Experience with Boomi, Pentaho Data Integration, SQL Server, or comparable technologies.
• Ability to translate data architecture and governance issues into concise business risks and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead data capabilities toward governed data products and self-service analytics.
• Define operating model for Data organization and engagement with business teams.
• Oversee data pipelines, integrations, transformations, and data catalogs.
• Collaborate with AI, security, privacy, and business leaders on governance and access controls.
• Maintain and mature enterprise data governance with defined ownership and accountability.
