Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data to define and execute the company’s data strategy, governance framework, and architecture roadmap. You will lead data platforms, governance, and enable analytics, automation, and AI readiness to drive measurable business value.

The role requires 8+ years in data leadership, strong collaboration with the AI vertical, and oversight of data products, pipelines, and metadata with a focus on reliability and trust across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise data architecture, data engineering, integration, data governance, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record defining and executing enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and governance programs.
• Experience leading data platforms and governance programs in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to priorities and AI readiness.
• Lead the evolution toward governed data products, trusted metrics, and reusable capabilities.
• Establish operating model for the Data organization with clear ownership and delivery cadence.
• Translate priorities into a sequenced data platform and integration initiative portfolio with measurable value.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, risk, and business leaders to align data access and governance.
• Partner with the AI vertical to define policy for data needed for priority use cases.
