Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise data architecture in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Define current-state and target-state data architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Set architecture standards and reference patterns for data modeling, integration, pipelines, and data products.
• Lead platform modernization options and build the technical case, cost, risk, and sequencing.
• Lead proofs of concept to test platform and architecture options.
• Design for AI readiness with governed metadata and semantic layers.
• Mentor data engineers and developers; raise engineering practices; ensure governance.
