Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Senior Strategic Data Analyst in Austin to translate high-impact business questions into data-driven decisions. You will own analytics framing, build enterprise-scale products, and guide executive-level recommendations using Palantir Foundry, dbt, and BI tools.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate clearly with senior leaders, and push for rigorous, auditable analytics while integrating AI-enabled workflows and scalable data pipelines across the North America Insurance

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, BI, or strategy-adjacent analytics.
• Expert command of SQL: write complex queries with window functions, CTEs, and multi-table joins; optimize and generalize data logic.
• Track record of owning end-to-end analytical products serving broad stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical framing of high-stakes, ambiguous questions for North America Insurance leadership.
• Design and deliver enterprise-scale analytical products end-to-end for multiple audiences.
• Engage senior executives to shape the analytical agenda and translate business questions into structured answers.
• Lead multi-quarter analytical initiatives requiring cross-functional integration and pattern recognition across large datasets.
• Set standards for analytical rigor and communicate data limitations to maintain trust with executives.
• Write and optimize SQL against Palantir Foundry; extend data models and pipelines as needed.
• Architect AI-augmented workflows (Gen AI classification, automated analytics) with production-grade rigor.
