Job summary

Golden Analytics seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who blends analytics expertise with customer-facing storytelling. You will own the technical win, conducting demonstrations and POCs against Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and dbt, and you will guide governance and architecture discussions.

You embed with our largest customers, modeling real data, building initial analyses, and driving adoption of Golden within their environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, analytics engineering, or a technical field role.
• Fluent with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and the modern data stack (dbt, semantic layers).
• Strong SQL and understanding of how analytics gets built, governed, and operated in a real company.
• Visible instinct to teach and share, and a desire to build a public voice under your own name.
• Comfort with pre-GA ambiguity and the drive to build a function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Win the technical evaluation through demos and proofs of concept against customer data.
• Deploy Golden with our largest customers inside their environments to drive adoption.
• Build semantic models and analyses that matter to customers and link to their analytics workflows.
• Help shape product with customer feedback and develop playbooks and proofs of concept.
• Share learnings with the data community via talks, blogs, and practical content.
