Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of functional and non-functional business requirements for data and analytics initiatives in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

You will drive requirements management, prototyping, and collaboration with architects and stakeholders, applying SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices to produce clear specifications and ensure delivery of value across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4+ years data analytics experience required.
• Experience in requirements management and prototyping.
• Knowledge of system architecture and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of data and analytics experience OR Technical Certification and/or college courses and 4 years of data and analytics experience OR 6 years of data and analytics experience
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping
• Knowledge of system architecture
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies
• Knowledge of data processing environments
• Knowledge of Agile project management
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• Business acumen
• SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
• Oral & written communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology

Compensation:

• $61,500.00 - $136,100.00
