Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks a technical designer to design enhancements and new business applications by integrating business needs with technical requirements. You will act as a technical designer to identify the best solution and produce detailed specifications within the coding environment.

You will link business analyst inputs to architectural definitions, ensuring alignment with SDLC methodologies and agile practices, while communicating clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT education with relevant IT experience.
• Experience with application configuration and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of big data analytics platforms and cloud technologies.
• Experience with SOA, web technologies and mobile development.
• Strong SDLC and agile/scrum experience; excellent communication skills.

This Position Is Responsible For Designing Enhancements And New Business Applications And/Or Information Systems Solutions Through Integration Of Technical And Business Requirements; Serving As Technical Designer To Identify Best Solution And Resulting Technical Specifications Within Limits Of Code Environment; Linking Business Analyst Needs And Architect Definition To Technical Solutions.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
