Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a data and analytics leader who will drive the development of functional and non-functional business requirements across programs and teams.

The role emphasizes requirements management, prototyping, and a solid understanding of system architecture and big data technologies to deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of data and analytics experience OR 4 years with a Technical Certification and/or college courses and 4 years of data and analytics experience OR 6 years of data and analytics experience.
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping.
• Knowledge of system architecture.
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies.
• Knowledge of data processing environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management.
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Business acumen.
• SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Oral & written communication skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $61,500.00 - $136,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
