The Deployment Strategist will translate governance challenges into actionable Alation adoption, working with executives across high-regulation industries. Qualifications

• 6+ years leading consulting projects delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering services as part of a software company.
• Deep experience in data governance, data quality, MDM, or reference data.
• Demonstrated governance/regulatory knowledge in at least one target industry.
• Working understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% for customer/onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose governance gaps in regulated, high-complexity industries and map to Alation-backed solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to surface governance challenges.
• Run product demonstrations and adoption workshops for executives and users.
• Define KPIs and value measures tying governance outcomes to business impact.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Alation implementations and services engagements.
• Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities from deployments.
