The Enterprise Client Success Rep ensures that the business value received from our customers’ investments is continually nurtured and grown by serving as a primary point of contact for their post-sales needs.

This role requires a core competency in serving as a business partner and trusted advisor, leveraging technology and customer-centric focus to deliver measurable business value, drive solution adoption, and support customer renewal and retention.

This is a remote position with limited travel, primarily for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for Broadridge Advisor Solutions Enterprise clients.
  2. Manage client escalations and issues promptly, coordinating resources across the company.
  3. Become a Subject Matter Expert of our Platforms, Products, and Services, and articulate their value to clients.
  4. Manage client engagements to provide exceptional experience and outcomes.
  5. Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
  6. Identify unmet client needs proactively and develop solutions.
  7. Collaborate with clients to achieve data and analytic business objectives.
  8. Monitor product usage in the customer environment.
  9. Drive customer outcomes, adoption, and overall experience.
  10. Gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
  11. Promote training and education for successful onboarding and readiness.
  12. Manage and optimize onboarding and ongoing program management.
Basic Skill Level Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably with large Enterprise clients.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Marketing.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in strategic advising and building sustainable relationships.
