Job summary

Enliven Health, an Omnicell company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with enterprise customers and drive adoption and retention. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and other teams to maximize value and identify expansion opportunities.

This role focuses on existing customers, navigating product changes and migrations while ensuring successful outcomes. Travel up to 15–20% may be required.

• Establish a regular engagement cadence including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Serve as a consultative partner to help customers maximize value from EnlivenHealth solutions.
