Job summary

Enliven Health, an Omnicell company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build lasting partnerships with enterprise customers and help them realize greater value from Enliven Health solutions.

This role focuses on existing customers, with responsibility for retention, adoption, relationship development, and expansion opportunities. You’ll work with enterprise accounts and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or related role.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and pharmacy environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive adoption, retention and renewal.
• Familiarity with SaaS and ROI demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
• Drive retention and growth by understanding customer needs.
• Establish regular engagement cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Identify opportunities for upsell with Sales.
• Lead customer reviews and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to rollout solutions.
• Represent voice of the customer.
• Coordinate account reviews and testimonials.
