This role blends account leadership with data‑driven insights, using AI to synthesize usage signals and support history. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering, and travel for onboarding

Qualifications

• Proven Enterprise CS/ACR experience in SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to drive renewal and retention outcomes.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewal, and churn targets for Enterprise accounts.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to assigned customers across organizations.
• Build Mutual Success Plans using AI-informed signals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes.
• Lead renewal conversations end-to-end with value ROI.
