Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a commercially-minded Client Success Manager to own relationships with employer accounts and drive enrollment and engagement through Maven’s channel partnerships. You’ll translate member outcomes into business value, orchestrate cross-functional work with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics, and develop strategic account plans to protect and grow Maven’s revenue.

This role blends relationship depth, analytical rigor, and business acumen with travel up to 20% and NYC

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or customer success.
• Experience with enterprise employer clients via channel/payer partners.
• Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with employer accounts to drive renewal and expansion.
• Collaborate with channel/payer partner executives on broader relationships.
• Build and maintain account plans and track renewal milestones.
• Monitor client health and mitigate risk with the team.
• Support enrollment and engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Present in Quarterly Business Reviews and client-facing sessions.
