Job summary

Sainapse is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in San Francisco with on-site emphasis but remote options. The role centers on driving adoption, value realization, and renewals while coordinating with product, engineering, and leadership to maximize customer outcomes.

You will own adoption plans, executive reviews, and expansion opportunities, building strong relationships with executives and stakeholder teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Enterprise customer success, technical account management, or consulting experience with evidence of improved adoption, retention, or expansion.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Clear executive communication, commercial judgment, and consistent follow-through.
• The ability to build the first useful process while staying close to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build success plans around measurable operational outcomes and maintain strong executive and working relationships.
• Drive adoption, lead evidence-based business reviews, and make customer value visible.
• Identify renewal risks early and coordinate recovery with teams and founders.
• Find expansion opportunities grounded in customer needs and demonstrated value.
• Turn successful approaches into reusable account playbooks and feedback into product improvements.
