Sainapse seeks a Marketing Staff member to own how we are understood and sold, from narrative and positioning to vertical pages and launches. You will drive customer proof, demos, and field enablement, partnering with Growth to refine the ideal customer profile.

You will translate complex AI-enabled product capabilities for executive buyers, IT, and operations, creating repeatable templates and an AI-native context system to accelerate go-to-market while preserving accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B enterprise product marketing and messaging.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment for technical audiences.
• Ability to understand APIs, workflows, security, and AI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize market research into buyer personas and positioning.
• Turn product capabilities into language for partners and buyers.
• Build core messaging across website, decks, demos, campaigns, and communications.
• Create assets like case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI stories.
• Stay close to customers and deployments; manage evidence trail.
