Coinbase, Inc. in the Base project seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own enterprise and B2B product marketing for Base, focused on financial markets and onchain tech.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing or GTM with B2B outcomes in crypto/financial markets.
• End-to-end GTM ownership for technical financial products with adoption/revenue results.
• Understanding of onchain trading, lending, tokenization; collaborate with Product/Engineering on roadmap.
• Cross-functional leadership in 0-to-1 environments from strategy to execution.
• Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated contexts (MiCA, AML/CFT).
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for business outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise GTM roadmap for Base financial markets, including positioning and launches.
• Build a repeatable enterprise proof engine: case studies, sales collateral, briefs, video content.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, CDP, DevRel, Comms, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive market intelligence and voice of the enterprise into the roadmap.
• Define and report metrics: pipeline influence, launches, adoption; optimize accordingly.
• Shape the enterprise marketing function and mentor junior PMMs as the team scales.
