Job summary

Base is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own enterprise and B2B product marketing for Base, focused on financial markets. You’ll set the go-to-market strategy for institutional use cases and lead launches that position Base as the infrastructure for onchain trading, lending, and tokenization.

Collaborating with Product, BD, DevRel, Legal, and Compliance, you’ll translate complex capabilities into clear narratives for business buyers, build a reusable enterprise proof engine, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing or GTM roles with B2B/enterprise outcomes, ideally in crypto/financial markets.
• Track record of owning end-to-end GTM and launches for technical financial products with adoption or revenue results.
• Fluency in how onchain trading, lending, and tokenization work, and ability to partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap decisions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in 0-to-1 environments, with hands‑on strategy and execution.
• Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated environments or building a BD‑led sales enablement engine.
• Responsible use of Generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise GTM roadmap for Base financial markets, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch strategy across institutional use cases.
• Build a repeatable enterprise proof engine with case studies, sales enablement collateral, solution briefs, and flagship video content.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, CDP, DevRel, Comms, Legal, and Compliance, translating complex capabilities into narratives.
• Drive competitive and market intelligence for enterprise crypto and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
• Define and report metrics that matter—pipeline influence, partner amplification, launch performance, and adoption.
• Shape the enterprise marketing function and mentor junior PMMs as the team scales.
