Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Product Manager to translate enterprise CRM strategy into actionable roadmaps, govern end-to-end delivery, and coach Product Owners to elevate team performance. You will own domain and value-stream roadmaps, balance business value with technical risk, and align priorities with senior stakeholders.

In this high-visibility role, you will partner with the Product Director, manage senior relationships, and ensure releases deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, business strategy, or delivery leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing CRM products or platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and delivering outcomes against strategic objectives.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence executives.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and leading cross-functional product teams.
• Working knowledge of data architecture, platform integrations, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end domain or value-stream roadmaps, including sequencing and milestones.
• Balance business value, technical risk, and delivery capacity in roadmap prioritization.
• Bridge domain roadmap to sprint-level execution with Product Owners.
• Develop and maintain business case frameworks to support investment decisions.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and coordinate regular business reviews.
• Oversee delivery accountability and ensure release readiness across teams.
• Ensure data/architecture standards alignment and platform governance.
• Lead enablement, adoption, and change management activities for releases.
• Define and track domain-level success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
