Job summary

Strata seeks a Manager, Enterprise Continuous Improvement to lead structured problem-solving across the company, using Kaizen, A3 thinking, and lean tools to enable scalable process improvements and build internal capability.

You will coach cross-functional teams, align improvement targets with business reviews, and partner with executives to embed a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in continuous improvement or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black/Green Belt) preferred.
• Experience delivering training and enablement tools.
• Strong facilitation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and A3 problem-solving workshops.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities and support structured execution.
• Coach teams to set data-driven targets and KPIs aligned with business reviews.
• Measure and communicate program outcomes with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement by education and certification programs.
• Develop curricula, toolkits, and templates for self-sufficient problem solving.
• Act as a culture builder and internal coach for improvement mindset.
• Track progress and ensure measurable business impact.
