Job summary

Vermont Gas Systems Inc. is seeking a Continuous Delivery Program Lead in S Burlington, VT to design and lead an enterprise continuous delivery program, aligning technology roadmaps with business priorities and delivering across business units.

The role requires strong Agile expertise, stakeholder facilitation, and a track record of driving process improvements through Kaizen/Lean principles, while partnering with executives to govern delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology program or project management, incl. 3+ years across multiple business units.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps with business unit leaders.
• Experience in agile project management at program scale, not single-team.
• Proficiency with traditional PM methodologies and selecting the right approach.
• Experience applying Kaizen and Lean in tech or operations contexts.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise continuous delivery program with repeatable planning and delivery.
• Define governance, cadences, success metrics; adjust as organization matures.
• Build and lead a programResources team across business units.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Facilitate roadmap planning; surface dependencies and constraints.
• Maintain portfolio view and communicate status, risks, tradeoffs to executives.
• Lead agile delivery across teams; remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Apply Kaizen and Lean to streamline workflows and improve cycle time.
• Establish retrospectives and feedback loops to drive process changes.
