Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Design, launch, and lead an enterprise continuous delivery program with repeatable practices.
Define governance, cadences, and success metrics, adjusting as the organization matures.
Build and lead a program team supporting delivery across business units.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop roadmaps for enterprise tech systems.
Facilitate roadmap planning to surface dependencies and resource constraints.
Manage portfolio view and communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to executives.
Lead delivery across teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe as needed).
Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and elevate risks to protect roadmap commitments.
Apply Kaizen/Lean to improve cycle time and streamline workflows.
Establish retrospectives and feedback loops to turn delivery lessons into changes.
