This hands-on role combines editorial judgment with digital performance expertise, owning website content, SEO, analytics, and brand governance. Up to 10% travel is possible; remote/hybrid allowed in Columbus area.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in B2B content marketing, digital strategy, or website management.
• Experience leading enterprise content strategies across multiple units.
• Experience building a personal brand for C-suite leaders and exec comms.
• Experience using AI tools and building Tone of Voice agents.
• Proven ability to create high-impact case studies and thought leadership.
• Experience scaling B2B websites.
• Hands-on with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Sitecore).
• Familiar with GA4 and website analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO/ AEO best practices.
• Ability to translate technical subjects into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured content roadmap aligned with growth priorities.
• Partner with business units and sales to create content across formats.
• Craft thought leadership assets to strengthen credibility and demand gen.
• Own content on the website; coordinate publishing and UX.
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy and on-page optimization.
• Monitor analytics with GA4; build dashboards and insights.
• Maintain brand governance and content guidelines.
• Support CEO with external communications and exec content.
